To: Contractors for supply and installation of Lift

1.      The Ethiopian Investment Agency invites wax-sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and installation of lifts at Addis Ababa.

2.      Bidding will be conducted in accordance with open national tendering procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible bidders.

3.      Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Construction Design Share Company Design Studio 3 Block No. 10 office No. 71.

4.      A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased as of 20^th August 2007 by interested bidders at the address below at 6 (a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 100 Birr.

5.      Bids must be delivered to the address below at 6(b) at or before 5:00 P.M. September 22, 2007.

6.       All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopian Birr 31,000 payable on first demand addressed to the employer. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders/representatives who choose to attend at the address below

6 (C ) at 10:00 A.M. September 23, 2007.

6 (a) Document may be purchased from Ethiopian Investment Agency ground floor Room no. 5.

6 (b) bids must be delivered to Ethiopian Investment Agency, 2^nd floor Room No. 203 before September 22, 2007, 5:00 P.M.
