The National
Lottery Administration of ETHIOPIA invites sealed bids from any
interested bidder for the printing and supply of 140 million
brocaded instant lottery tickers i.e. 70 million in the first phase
and other 70 million in the second phase.
- Any
interested bidder can collect a complete set of bidding documents
prepared in the English language from the National Lottery
Administration head office Arada Kefeleketema Kebele 02, Room No.
15 during normal working days and office hours against
non-refundable payment of Birr 400 (Four Hundred Birr) in cash or
credit cheque issued by recognized bank.
- Bids must be
accompanied by by a bid bond of Birr 100,000 (Hundred Thousand
Birr) or its equivalent in any freely convertible currency.
- The bid bond
must be in any of the following forms
a)
Cash
b)
Certified Cheque (CPO) issued by recognized bank
c)
Bank Guarantee issued by recognized bank.
- Bid must be
delivered on or before November 7, 2007 at 3:00 P.M. local time to
the following address.

- Bid will be
opened on the same date & time (i.e. November 7, 2007 at 3:00
P.M.) in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at
National Lottery Administration head office.
- National
Lottery Administration reserves the right to reject any or all
bids.
