Interested and
eligible bidders who meet the conditions below are hereby invited to
participate in the bid process.
4.
The bidders are expected to be licensed and have their
license renewed for the current year and must be registered in the
suppliers list to participate for the supply of the parts.
5.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond of not less than
1% of the total bid price in the form of a bank guarantee, or an
unconditional Insurance bond.
6.
Bids must be submitted to the address mentioned below and the
bid will be closed at 11:30 PM local time on the 15th day
after the issuance of this notice on The Ethiopian Herald.
7.
The bid will be opened at 3:00 AM the next day from the
closing day mentioned above at the Enterprises Head Office in the
presence of bidders or their legal representatives.
8.
The bid bond will be returned for those bidders who lose the
bid by their chosen address and the winner will receive the bid bond
after the handing over of the 10% performance bond.
9.
Any alteration on the bid document after the closing date of
the bid will not be accepted.
10.
The bid will be evaluated according to the
bidders:-
a)
Proposed price
b)
Company viability (reputation) and
c)
Supply date
11. The
supplier shall supply the specified spare parts at Bahir Dar.
12. The
Enterprise reserves the right to accept or part of the bids.
