1. The
Addis Ababa Housing Development Project Office invites sealed bids
from eligible bidders for the supply of 120,000 MT Clinker.
2. Tender

3. Interested
bidders or their Agents have to present valid business license,
permission from Ministry of Trade and Industry VAT registration
Certificate and Taxpayer registration Number.
4. A
complete set of the bid document may be purchased by any interested
bidder upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50.
5. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 1% of the bid amount.
The bid security should be furnished in the form of certified cheque
(CPO) issued by a recognized domestic bank or bond issued by and/or
confirmed through a recognized domestic bank.
6. Bidders
should submit their offers in wax-sealed envelopes to AAHDPO
Procurement & Supply Departement Room No. 627 on or before September
13, 2007, 4:00 P.M. and bids will be opened in the presence of
bidders or their representatives on September 14, 2007, 10:00 A.M.
7. The
Addis Ababa Housing Development Project Office reserves the right to
reject any or all bids.
