The Ethiopian
Development Research Institute (EDRI) invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for the supply of:
Binding Equipments
1.
The bid document can be obtained from the Institute Office
Room No. 406L, Blue Building near National Stadium against payment
of non-returnable fee Birr 50 during office hours for 5 consecutive
working days starting 10th day of the first announcement
upon presentation of documents indicated on item No. 2 below.
2.
Bidders and local agents are requested to submit documentary
evidence.
Currently renewed trade license
related to the goods. They are bidders for current year receipt for
the payment of Inland Revenue and other government taxes and
Evidence of registration in the
suppliers list under MOFED and
VAT, TIN registration
certificate
3.
Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond of 2% of the total bid
price in the form of CPO or bank guarantee in Birr or equivalent USD
with a relevance renewed trade license, suppliers registration
certificate and VAT registration
4.
The bid document submission date shall be on 26/09/2007 (15/01/2000 E.C) at 4:00 A.M.
5.
Bids will be opened on the same date 26/09/2007 (15/01/2000E.C.) at 5:00 A.M. at the presence of the bidders/representatives who choose to attend the
above mentioned office.
6.
Bidders may participate for the whole lot or partial. Bidders
should submit in wax-sealed and stamped envelopes and should be
address and marked as follows:

7.
Bids shall be valid for a period of at least 120 days after

ERDI reserves the right to reject partially or all bids.
