Kombolcha Textile Share Company would like to invite interested bidders for the supply of TERRY TOWEL DYEING MACHINES & VARIOUS SPARE PARTS FOR EXISTING MACHINES & VARIOUS SPARE PARTS FOR EXISTING MACHINES.

1.       Bidders can collect bid documents against non-refundable payment of Birr 50 from Kombolcha Textile Share Company, Branch Office, Papasinos Building first floor, Room No. 143, Addis Ababa.

2.       Bids should be submitted along with a bid bond amounting to 1% the total FOB value of the goods in Bank Guarantee, Insurance Guarantee, CPO or Cash payable to Kombolcha Textile Share Company. But Insurance guarantee is accepted if the following phrase is indicated in the guarantee “any claim be settled at the first written request of the claimants”

3.       Bids must be delivered in wax-sealed envelope before 29 September 2007 up to 12:00 A.M.

4.       The bid will be opened on the 5^th day of the closing date of the tender at Kombolcha (Head Office) at 10:00 A.M. whether the participants are present or not.

5.       Kombolcha Textile Share Company reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
