INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
SUPPLY OF CEMENT
FOR DEBRE ZEIT PROJECT
Norinco-Lalibela
Engineering and Construction Share Company invites all cement
importers registered by Ministry of Trade and Industry to
participate for the supply of cement to our Debre Zeit Project.
Accordingly;
1. The
supply of cement is for six months
2. 10,000
quintals of cement for each month
3. Bidders
can collect bid document from Share Company Material Supply and
Procurement Department during working hours against payment of
non-refundable Birr 50 (Fifty Birr).
4. Bid
shall be submitted in wax-sealed envelopes starting August 30, 2007
during working days up to September 9, 2007.
5. The
bid will be opened on September 10, 2007 at 10:00 A.M. at Nori-La auditorium in the presence of suppliers or their
representatives.
6. Bid
must be accompanied by 1% or a maximum of 100,000 (One Hundred
thousand Birr) of their total offer for the bid security in the form
of Insurance guarantee or certified check or Bank guarantee.
7. The
share Company reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
