Housing Development Project Office (AAHDPO) invites Consulting
Architects and engineers Category III and above with license valid
for the year 1999 E.C. and have renewed registration of MOF & ED for
the year 1999 Eth. Cal. To conduct Consultancy services for
Construction Supervision and quality control of International
asphalt and gravel roads at Mickey Leyland Low Cost Housing
Apartment Buildings.
Bidders can obtain bid document after announced on newspapers upon
payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty Birr) and Submission
of application to the office indicated here in bellow:

Bids must be
accompanied by a bid bond of not less than 2% of the total bid price
but not greater than Birr 100,000 in the form of CPO.
Bid bond should be in a separate envelope and be submitted together
with the original technical envelope.
Bids shall be submitted in two separate envelopes one for original
and the other for copy.
Bid documents should be submitted on or before September 14, 2007 at
4:00 P.M. local time at AAHDPO head office.
Bids will be opened on September 15, 2007 on 10:00 A.M. at AAHDPO
head office.
The Addis Ababa Housing Development Project office reserves the
right to accept or reject any or all bids.
