1. The
Afar National Regional Government Health Bureau has received a
fund from GAVI charity organization through FDRE Ministry of Health
and invites Wax-sealed bids from eligible contractors for
furnishing the necessary labor, materials & equipment for the
construction of preparation & completion of New works of 10 Health
Posts which are listed below.

3.
Bid shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the
date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security of 1%
of bid amount in the form of bank guarantee or CPO only.
4. Bid
closing date shall be on September 26, 2007 at 9:00 AM and will be
opened on the same date at
9:15 AM local time in Semera Works & Urban Development
Bureau Engineering Departement in the
presence of interested bidders or their representatives.
5. The
construction of the works shall be completed within a maximum of
150 calendar days.
6. The
Employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
