The Oromia
Education Bureau has received the fund from Italian
cooperation-Italian Contribution to the ESDP (second installment
budget) towards the cost of implementation of Education Sector
development Program and invites all interested eligible bidders to
print Alternative Basic education (ABE) textbooks for Adults level
1-3.
Therefore;
1. Bidders
are requested to present trade license valid for 1999 E.C., VAT
registration certificate, Suppliers registration certificate and tax
clearance paper from revenue office.
2. Bidders
can collect complete set of bidding document from Oromia Region
Education Bureau starting from the date of advertisement by news
paper against payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty) from
Room No. 29.
3. Bids
must be accompanied with bid bond 1% of the total bid amount in the
form of CPO, Bank guarantee or certified check.
4. Bids
should be submitted in a wax-sealed envelope to the bid box in Block
2 Room No. 29 in Oromia education Bureau Finfinnee, on or before
2:30 P.M. of 31st day from the date of advertisement.
5. bids
will be opened on the 31st day from the data of
advertisement at 3:00 P.M. in presence of bidders or their legal representatives who choose to
attend in Room No. 29 in (Oromia Education bureau, Finfinne).
6. Oromia
Education bureau reserves the right to accept or reject any or all
part of the bids.
