Roads Authority invites all interested and eligible bidders for the
supply of Different sized of Re-enforcing Bar as per the lists in
the following table.

Therefore:
1. Bidders
who can provide currently renewed Trade License (1999/2000 Ethiopian
Budget Year), Recent Tax clearance from Inland Revenue Authority,
Registration Certificate from the Ministry of Finance & Economic
Development, for which they are listed on suppliers List and VAT
Registration Certificate from the concerned Authority can
participate for the bid.
2. Up
on submission of a written application together with documents
listed under number No.1 above, a complete set of bidding documents
can be purchased from ORRA’s procurement Branch Office, Room No. 703
against non-refundable payment of Birr 100 starting from the date of
the 1st appearance of this invitation notice on The
Ethiopian Herald.
3. Bidders
shall prepare bid propo9sal in two copies (One “Original”) & “One
Photocopy of the Original sealed separately”) & shall submit in the
wax-sealed envelopes.
4. Bid
proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of Birr
40,000 in the form of Bank Guarantee or CPO only.
5. The
bidder can bid for One size or for All sizes, but partial bidding of
one size will strictly forbidden
6. Bid
proposal shall be submitted on or before September 30, 2007 AT 3:00
P.M. Late bids will be rejected.
7. Bid
proposal will start to be opened on September 30, 2007 at 3:30 P.M.
in the presence of the bidders or only their Authorized
representatives, who may choose to attend. Unauthorized person are
forbidden to attend on the bid during opening ceremony
8. The
bid prepared by the bidders shall be written in English Language.
9. Bid
price shall be quoted entirely in Birr C.I.F. Ex-Warehouse at
Alemgena, located 19km from Addis Ababa

11. Oromia
