1. Hawassa
University has intended to procure the supply, Testing &
installation of Laundry & Auto clave for health science referral
hospital for which this invitation for bid is issued.
2.
The bidders have to present registration certificate from the
Federal Ministry of Finance and Economic Development renewed trade
license for the year, clearance letter and VAT registration
certificate as indicated in the tender documents.
3. Detail
information will be found in the bidding document which are
obtainable during working hours from Higher Tender Office of the
University, Awassa or from Ministry of Education office No. 119,
Hawassa University Liaison office upon payment of non-refundable
amount of Birr 50 (Fifty Birr).
4.
Sealed bid must be submitted both in one envelope, one
original and one copy envelopes, and be submitted in the tender box
up to the closing date.
5.
All bids must be accompanied by bid bond Birr 35,000 (Thirty
Five Thousand/ in the form of bank guarantee or CPO
6.
All bids must be deposited in the tender box prepared for
this purpose on or before 2:30 P.M. on September 17, 2007
7.
Bids will e opened in the presence of the bidders and/or
their representatives who wish to attend, on September 17, 2007 at
2:30 P.M. at Awassa College of Agriculture tender committee office.
8.
The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or
all bids.
