RE-INVITATION TO BID
1. The
Tigray national regional state information Bureau has allocated
enough budgets towards the cost of consultancy services of Detailed
Engineering Design of the Regional Mass media Agency complex with
all the site work, to be constructed in Mekelle.
2. The
Bureau now invites bidders to bid as per the detailed in the TOR.
3. The
bid will be closed after 30 days of the date of announcement.
4. The
bid will be opened in the presence of all eligible consultants on
August 27, 2007 at 9:00AM at Information Bureau of Tigray.
5. Bidders
are expected to collect the TOR from our bureau with payment of
non-refundable fee of Birr 50.00.
All interested bidders must
A)
Consulting Architects and Engineers of Grade IV and above.
B)
Registered license for the current year in the regional
office (construction)
C)
Be VAT registered
D)
Have TAX paid up trade license
E)
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security not less
then 1% of the bid amount. The bid security shall be payable on
demand to the employer, and must be submitted from any legally
registered bank in the form of Certified payment Order (CPO).
F)
Bid validity required is 90 Calendar days.
6.
The firm will be selected as per the Methodology and
procedures described in the TOR.
7. The
Bureau reserves the right to reject partially or all of the bids.
