Rehabilitation of Bridge
1. Mugher
Cement Enterprise invites Category GC-5 or Rc-5 Contractors to
participate in the bid for the Rehabilitation of Bridge at Crusher
site of Mugher Cement Enterprise.
2. Eligible
contractors could obtain tender documents by presenting a copy of
their renewed license valid for the budget year and VAT Registration
Certificate against payment of a non-refundable Birr 150.00 from
Procurement & Supply Department, Addis Ababa during working days
from 8:30 AM local time to 4:30 PM.
3. Bids
should be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the total price in
the form of certified cheque, CPO or Bank Guarantee which will be
payable on first demand by MUGHER CEMENT ENTERPRISE.
4. Wax-sealed
bids shall be delivered to MUGHER CEMENT ENTERPRISE, Procurement &
Supply Departement Addis Ababa office on or before September 7,
2007, 4:00 PM. Local time. Bidders should provide one Original and one Copy of
“Technical” and “Financial” documents separately.
5. Bids
(Technical offer) will be opened on September 8, 2007 at 10:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
6. MCE
reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
