1. Tendaho
Sugar Factory Project (TSFP) is seeking a local consultant to enter
into a contact to prepare project organizational structure, staffing
plan, job descriptions, specifications and grades, salary scale, and
establish a benefit scheme as well as identification of the
activities to be handled on a piece rate, contractual & daily basis
and develop piece rate work payment rates & the wage rates of
seasonal workers of the project in Line with its short and long term
objectives.
2. Interested
local eligible consultants/firms who have currently renewed their
business license, have a registration and VAT certificates are herby
invited to participate in the bid.
3. A
complete set of bidding document may be purchased by interested
eligible bidders against payment of non-refundable Birr 100 (One
Hundred only) from the Procurement Departement, 4th
Floor, Room No. 01 during working hours starting from the date of
appearance of this advertisement on The Ethiopian Herald.
4. Bid
closing date shall be on the 25th calendar day
starting from the date of first appearance of this advertisement
on The Ethiopian Herald. Bidders must submit their sealed bid
proposal on or before the closing time at 10:00 A.M. to:

5. Bids
shall be opened on the same day of the bid closing date at
10:30 A.M.
in the presence of interested bidders
or their representatives, who choose to attend at the Project Office
Conference Hall.
6. Bids
must be accompanied by a bid bond amounting to Birr 10,00 in the
form of a Bank guarantee or CPO or certified cheque.
7. Request
for clarification on the bid document, if any, can be channeled to
the office of the Procurement Department.
8. The
Project reserves the right to accept or reject any or part of the
bid.
