Housing Development Project Office (AAHDPO) invites all interested
and eligible bidders for the purchase of Diesel Generator 125 KVA
100KW at 0.8 power Factory.
1.
Bid documents can be obtained from the Administration and
Finance Departement Room No. 619 during office hours against a
non-refundable payment of Birr 50 (Fifty Birr) from the date of the
issuance of this bid on The Ethiopian Herald.
2.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in acceptable
form of CPO or Bank Guarantee 1% of the bid amount and must be
submitted along financial document.
3.
Wax-sealed bids shall be delivered to Addis Ababa Housing
Development Project Office, Procurement and Supply Department Room
No. 627 on or before August 18, 2007 at 5:00 P.M. Bidders should provide one original and one copy of “Technical” and
“Financial” documents separately.
4.
Bids will be opened on August 19, 2007 at 10:00 A.M in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
5.
AAHDPO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all
bids.
