The jimma University invites sealed bids
from eligible suppliers for the supply of Dental Instruments,
Equipments and Materials for Dental school and Clinic.
Lot 1: Dental Instruments,
Equipments and Materials: Bid Bond amount required is Birr 20,000
(Birr twenty Thousand only)
1. All
bidders shall submit currently renewed Trade License Certificate
from Ministry of Inland Revenue, VAT Registration (for local
bidders) Certificate and Evidence of Registration from Ministry of
Finance and Economic Development.
2. Bid
documents and detail information can be obtained from Jimma
University Main Campus, Purchasing main division office in Jimma or
from Ministry of education, Jimma University liaison office in Addis
Ababa during office hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of
Birr 100 (Hundred Birr).
3. Bid
must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of Birr 20,000
(Twenty Thousand) furnished by certified cheque (C.P.O.) issued by a
recognized domestic Bank so as to reach it on or before September 5,
2007 at 10:00 AM. Local time.
4. Bid
Reply shall be put into the tender box prepared for this purpose at
the Jimma University Main Campus, Purchasing Main Division at Jimma
town on or before September 5, 2007 at 10:00 AM. Local time. Bids received after the closing time will be automatically
rejected.
5.
Bid will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or
their representatives on the same date, September 5, 2007 at 10:00
AM local time in the Jimma University Senate Hall.
6. Jimma University reserves the right to
reject all or parts of this bid.
