1. The
Ethiopian Drug Administration and Control Authority has funds which
is to be used for the revision of Standard Treatment Guidelines
(STGs) for various levels of health Institutions.
2. The
Authority invites sealed bids from all eligible consultants
(consulting firms) with valid license for the current year,
registration certificate from MOFED and VAT registration certificate
for the provision of the above referenced services.
3. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures
contained in the public procurement proclamation of the Government
of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
4. Bidders
can collect a complete set of bidding document from the address
indicated below against payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50.00
(Birr Fifty).

5. Bids
must be accompanied by a bid security 2% of the bid price in the
form of a certified check (CPO).
6.
Bids must be submitted in a wax-sealed envelope to the
Ethiopian Drug Administration and Control Authority, Administration
and Finance Service Office Ground Floor room Number 11 on or before
September 9, 2007, 12:30 AM. Local time.
7. Bids
will be opened in the same office on the same date at 2:00 PM local
time.
8. The
Ethiopian Drug Administration and control Authority reserves the
right to accept or reject any or all bids.
