Therefore:
1. Bidders
who can provide related Trade License & renewed for 1999/2000 E.C.
budget year, Recent Tax Clearance from Inland Revenue Authority,
Registration Certificate from the Ministry of Finance & Economic
Development, for which they are listed on suppliers List and VAT
Registration Certificate from the concerned Authority can
participate for the BID.
2. Upon
submission of a written application together together with
documents listed under number 1 above,
a complete set of bidding documents
can be purchased from ORRA’s Procurement Branch Office No. 703
against non-refundable payment of Birr 50 starting from the date of
the 1st appearance of this invitation notice on The
Ethiopian Herald.
3.
Bidders shall Prepare and submit Bid Proposal in Two
Copies (One “Original” & “One Photocopy of the Original”) in
accordance with the following Volumes Sealed Separately:
Volume
I Technical Proposal (One Original & One Photocopy of the Original
sealed in different Wax-sealed envelopes labeled Separately as
“Original” & Photocopy”)
Volume
II Financial Proposal (One Original & One Photocopy of the Original
sealed in different Wax-sealed envelopes labeled Separately
as “Original & Photocopy”)
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of an amount of Birr
15,000 in the form of certified check or CPO or Bank Guarantee only.
5. Bid
Proposal (both Technical & Financial Proposal) shall be
submitted on/or before the closing date & time indicated in the
table above. Late bids submitted after the deadline will be
rejected.
6. Technical
& Financial Proposal will be opened in the presence of
bidders/representatives who may choose to attend the opening
ceremony in the Authority’s Office Room No. 705, 7th
Floor.
7. Only
Financial Proposal of Technically qualified bidders as per the
instruction for bidders will be opened at the mentioned date & time.
8. The
Authority has right to accept or reject any or all bids fully or
partially.
