1. The
Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Ministry of Information
invites contractors of category GC/BC -6 & above who have a
registration certificate & license valid for the year 2000 E.C. for
the furnishing of labor, material & equipment for the construction
of Ministry of information Branch Office at Adama & Arbaminch.
2. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 1% of the bid amount
in cash or CPO.
3. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested
and eligible bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr
500 from Ministry of Information office No. 1007.
4. Bid
shall be submitted in one original & one copy with financial offer
in sealed envelopes including bid bond in separate envelope together
& address the site & bidders name up to December 31, 207 up to12:00
A.M.
5. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders and/or their
representatives who wish to attend on December 31, 2007 at 4:00 P.M. in Ministry of Information office No. 1007.
6. Ministry
of Information has the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
