contractors of category GC 6 and above with renewed license valid
for the year 2000 E.C.
1. Oromia
Agricultural Research Institute invites sealed bids from eligible
bidders, for the construction of fishery pond at Zuway fishery
Research center (East Shoa Zone) by the budget obtained from Oromia
National Regional state.
2. Bidding
document may be purchased at the same Institute Room No. 18, Tel.
011618 73 44 up on submission of written application and
non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty) ETH. Birr.
3. Bidders
have to be registered to collect “VAT” and copy of VAT, TIN No.
certificate, construction license and registration certificate to be
submitted (attached) with the application.
4. Bidders
may obtain further information from and inspect and acquire the
bidding documents, at the above mentioned office Tel. 011-618 73 44.
5. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable form of
CPO or Bank Guarantee 1% of the bid amount and must be submitted on
or before 30 days from the announcement January 4, 2008 (Tahessas
25/2000) at 10:00 A.M. to Room No. 18.
6. Bids
will be opened and read in the presence of bidders or their
authorized representatives or those who wishes to attend at January
4, 2008, (Tahessas 25/2000) at 10:30 A.M. at the specified date
above in the institute’s hall. If the specified date is a holiday
the bid will be opened on the next working day at the same time.
Bidders should provide on original and one copy of bid document each
separately.
7. The
construction of the work shall be completed before Sene 30/2000.
8. The
Employer, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
