Re-Invitation for Bids
1. The
Tigray Region Water Resources, Mines & Energy Bureau now Re-invites
eligible bidders to participate in this bid for the supply of:-

2. Bidders
are required to submit copies of their business license, VAT
registration certificate and TIN certificate renewed for the current
fiscal year.
3. The
Bid price shall be valid for a period of Ninety (90) days after Bid
opening.
4. Bidders
should provide one “Original” and their Copies of
“Technical” and “Financial’ documents separately.
5. A
complete set of bidding document can be purchased by interested
bidders on the submission of written application to the address
below up on payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50.00 per each lot
from the bureau office No. 5.
6. Bids
must be accompanied by a bid security of 5000.00 (Five Thousand) in
the form of CPO issued through a reputable bank.
7. Bidders
shall deliver their bid documents to the under mentioned addressed
before or on, 28 Dec. 20078 at
3:30 PM.
8. Bids
hall be opened Dec. 28/2007 at 4:00 P.M. in the presence pf the bidders or their representatives who whish to
attend. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be
rejected.
9. The
Bureau reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid.
