Description

Consultancy Service for Towns Water Supply Projects

The Amhara National Regional State Water Resources Development Bureau (WRDB) invites bidders for carrying out design, study and consultancy service for the following four town’s water supply projects.

This bid invitation is open to all eligible consultants who could present renewed trade license, in land revenue for the year 1999/2000 E.C. VAT & TIN Registration Certificates and License from Ministry of Water Resources for the consultancy of water works category 5 and above.

Bidders could participate for one or more projects.
Interested eligible bidders could purchase the bidding documents upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (One Hundred only).

All bids shall be in fixed price, price adjustment will not be allowed.

Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security for the amount sated above in the form of unconditional bank guarantee of CPO.

Technical and financial proposals shall be sealed separately and delivered to Water Resources Development Bureau at Bahir Dar before the bid, closing date and time.
Bid closing date shall be at 2:00 P.M. on the 21^st working day after counting 20 calendar days from the date of the first bid advertisement appeared on The Ethiopian Herald Newspaper.

Bids will be opened at 3:00 P.M. on the above-mentioned date and address in the presence of bidders/representatives who choose to attend.
