The Federal
Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Institution of the Ombudsman invites
certified & eligible consultants, to come up with credible
information that enable the decision makers to identify priority
areas to establish EIO Branch offices and/or ensure its
accessibility.
1. The
objective of the study is to acquire credible information for the
decision making to identify priority area on the establishment of
EIO branch offices.
2. Key
tasks of the consultant are specified on the bid document (T.O.R) to
be purchased from the EIO against non-refundable payment of Birr 100
within 10 days of the first appearance of this invitation notice on
The Ethiopian Herald.
3. Consultant
should provide necessary trade licenses and certificates from the
concerned Authority.
4. Bid
proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond of Birr 5,000 in the
form of Bank, guarantee of CPO only.
5. Bid
proposal shall be submitted on before December 24/2007 at 9:30 A.M.
and will be opened on the same day at 4:00 P.M.
6. EIO
receives the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
