1. S.R.S. Jijiga Health Science College
(J.H.S.C.) has secured a fund to be used for the Procurement of
various Furniture for the newly Constructed offices, library, and
clinical lounge & dining hall.
2. A
complete set of bidding Documents in English Language may be
purchased by interested bidders from Jijiga Health Science College
(JHSC) during Working Hours, by presenting their renewed license for
the budget year 2000 E.C. against non-refundable of Birr 200. This
bidding documents will be open as soon as this announcement is
published.
3. Bid
should be accompanied by bid security if 2% in the form of certified
cheque (C.P.O) or bank Guarantee.
4. Bidding
will be conducted in the accordance with procedures contained in the
Public Procurement Proclamation of the Government and is open to all
eligible bidders.
5. Bids
must be delivered to the J.H.S.C. on or before 10 days after this
announcement is published. Wax-sealed bids shall be delivered.
6. The
bid opening date will be 11th day after this announcement
is published at 9:30 A.M. at the J.S.H.C. conference hall in the
presence of the bidders/representatives who choose to attend.
7. The
Purchaser (J.H.S.C) reserves the right to accept or reject any or
all bids.
