Invitation for Consultancy Service
The Government
of Tigray National Regional State, Water Resources, Mines and Energy
Bureau would like to contract out.
LOT -1:
Groundwater investigation
Consultancy Services for Aurora and Dansha towns water supply
project.
LOT -2:
Groundwater Investigation
Consultancy Services for Bereket and Baeker towns water supply
project.
LOT -3:
Groundwater Investigation
Consultancy Services for Hawzien town water supply project.
The Bureau now
invites all Water Resources (general) or water Supply & Sewerage or
Hydrogeology Consulting Firms with renewed license & VAT registered
for the year under bid to submit technical and financial proposals
for consulting services required for the assignments named above.
Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they
are qualified and licensed to perform such type of work, and past
experience in similar projects.
The sealed envelope containing the technical and financial proposals
separately shall be addressed to Tigray Regional Water Resources,
Mines and Energy Bureau, P.O. Box 520, Telephone 251-34-44-11-795 Or
440 66 77 Or 440 66 79, Mekelle, Tigray, Ethiopia or submitted to
office No. 05 not later than Dec. 27/2007 at 3:00 P.M. The bid will
be opened in the same date in the presence of the consultants or
their representatives including those of the absentees at the above
stated office at 4:00 P.M.
1. A
complete set of the document can be purchased by any interested
eligible consultant on the submission of a written application to
the Bureau and upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 200 (Two
Hundred birr) for each lot. A Bid security of the amount Birr
3000.00 (Three Thousand Birr) for each lot in CPO form has to be
provided during the opening of the bid.
2. Consultants
requiring clarification of the document must notify the client in
writing not later than ten days before the proposal submission
deadline.
3. A
firm will be selected under Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS)
method and procedures described in this request for proposals (RFP).
4. The
Bureau reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
