1. The
East Wollega Zonal Health Office invites interested bidders for the
supply of health center furniture for two groups health centers:
Group
“A” Group “B”

2. Kello H.C. 2. Jangir H.C.
3. Deletti H.C. 3. Key hamus H.C.
4. Seyo H.C. 4. Boshe H.C.
2.
Renewed license valid for the year 2000 E.C. and clearance of
Oromia Finance and Economic Development Bureau.
3. A
complete set of bidding document may be purchased by any interested
eligible bidders on submission of a written application to East
Wollega Health Office room number 11 and upon non-refundable fee of
ETH. Birr 150.00 after this announcement from the above Office.
4. A
bidder can be eligible for only one of the two groups of health
centers mentioned above.
5. Bid
shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening & must be
accompanied by bid security at list 1% of the offered bid amount in
acceptable CPO and bid security at list 1% of the offered bid amount
in acceptable CPO and bid document one original and one copy in
sealed envelope on or before 31st after this announcement
at 6:00 AM local time to the East Wollega Health Office. If this day
is not working day the bid will be opened on the next working day.
6. Bid
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal
representatives who choose to attend on the same date and place at
8:30 PM local time
7. The
furniture shall be completed with in 90 calendar days from signing
date of contract agreement.
8. Transportation
of the furniture to the respected health centers shall be done by
the bid winner.
9. The
Office reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
