bidding documents at the following address against a non-refundable
payment of Birr 100.00 Wax sealed bid documents shall be delivered
accompanied by a bid security of 2% in cash or CPO or bank guarantee
through a recognized bank on or before January 11, 2008, guarantee
through a recognized bank on or the same day at 10:30 A.M. in the
presence of bidders or their representatives. Ethiopia Plastic Sh.
