1. The
Ethiopian Electric Power Corporation (EEPCO) has allocated budget
for the purchase of Managerial Table, Secretarial Swivel Chair,
Slide Shelf, computers, Printers, photocopy machine, fax machines
and other related office furniture divided into the following lots:

2. The
Ethiopian electric Power Corporation (EEPCo) now invites sealed bids
from eligible bidders for the supply of the above mentioned office
furniture.
3. A
complete set of Bidding document may be purchased by any eligible
bidder upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr Hundred /100.00/
from the address mentioned below.

4. Bid
Document will be available starting from December 6, 2007.
5. Suppliers
should have valid business licenses and Certificate of Ministry of
Finance.
6. All
bids must be accompanied by a 2% bid security in the form of cash,
CPO or certified cheque of the respective lots. Bids shall be marked
as “Bid No. OF 1-2000 Lot No. “-“ for supply of Office Furniture”
and must be submitted at or before 4:00 P.M. local time on January
3, 2008 to the address mentioned above.
7. Bids
will be opened at 10:00 local time on January 4, 2008 in the
presence of bidders or their representatives to attend the bid
opening to be held in local purchase division Room No. 207.
8. Bidders
should submit offers for complete items of one or more lots as
specified in the technical specification and divided as the above
lots.
9. Bidders
are advised to submit their offer after examining the bid document
very carefully. |
