Invitation for ICB Bid
The Ministry of
Education of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has
received funding assistance for the Provision of Impact
Evaluation of the HIV/AIDS Education Program. The Ministry wants
to use part of the Program. The Ministry therefore, is looking for a
firm having reputations to deliver these services.
1. Interested
bidders may collect the bidding document from the Ministry of
Education Old Building, Room No. 101.
2. Bidders
may purchase a complete set of bidding documents upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Birr One Hundred (100 Birr) or 10 Euros, or
Equivalent. Payment can be made in cash or check. For postal
delivery of the bidding document, additional 20 Euros or equivalent
is required and the document will be sent by postal courier.
3. Bids
must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 10,000 (Ten Thousand
Birr) or 1,000 Euros or equivalent currency and must be delivered to
the above office on or before January 2, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. in Bank guarantee or certified check.
4. Bids
will be opened January 2, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. at
the Ministry of Education Office No. 101 in the presence of
bidders/representatives who choose to attend.
