The Ethiopian
Drug Administration and Control Authority invites interested and
eligible bidders to bid for the supply of:
LABORATORY CHEMICALS, Medias, Reagents, Glasswares, Instruments,
Equipments, Consumables, Apparatus, Instrument parts, and HPLC
Columns.
A. Interested
bidders on collect bid documents from the Authority during working
hours against payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 50 upon
presentation of certificate of registration from MOFED, currently
renewed trade license and VAT registration certified.
B. All
bids must be accompanied with a 2% bid bond of the total bid price
in the form of Bank guarantee CPO, certified cheque or cash.
C. Bidders
should submit their offers in wax-sealed envelopes to the Authority
on or before January 3, 2008 at 12:00 A.M. local time.
D. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal
representatives on January 3, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. local time at the office of Administration and Finance Services, Drug
administration and Control Authority Room No. 11, Kirkos Kifle
Ketema Kebele 02/03, Addis
Ababa, Ethiopia.
E. The
Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
