Addis
Engineering Center (A.E.C) invites interested and eligible bidders
for the supply of Knuckle Joint Embossing Press Machine.
1. Bidders
may obtain bid documents from A.E.C’s Logistics Department Room No.
021 against payments from A.E.C’s Logistics Department Room NO. 021
against payment of a non-refundable Birr 50.00.
2. Bidders
must submit their offers in wax-sealed envelopes and deposit into
the Tender box reserves for this purpose on or before January 9,
2008 at 10:00 A.M. local time.
3. Bidders
should submit along with a bid bond amounting to 2% of the total bid
in the form of CPO or certified cheques.
4. Bid
closing date shall be on January 9, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. Local time and shall be opened on
January 9, 2008 at 10:30 A.M. in the presence of bidders or their representatives at A.E.C’s
conference Hall.
5. A.E.C.
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
