International in Ethiopia invites sealed bids from eligible bidders
for the procurement of 956 Metric Ton of FAFA (FAMIX).
1. Bidders
shall bring Original & one Copy of their renewed license.
2. Interested
bidders must obtain the bidding document during office hours
starting fro the 06th of December 2007 from the following

3. Bidders
should submit their offers in a wax-sealed envelope to the above
address into the box ready for this purpose on December 2nd, 2007 on
or before 4:30 P.M.
4. Bidders
shall furnish as part of the form of certified check (CPO) issued by
a recognized bank.
5. Bids
will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives at 10:00 A.M. on December 28, 2007 CARE
International in Ethiopia’s Conference Room.
6.
Contracts shall not be awarded to candidates or tenders who,
during the procurement procedure are subject to a conflict of
interest, are guilty of misrepresentation in supplying the
information required by the humanitarian organization as condition
of participation in the contract procedure or fail to supply this
information.
7. CARE
International in Ethiopia reserves the right to
accept or reject any or all bids.
