the construction of Finance office indicated below:

1. Interested
bidders may obtain the bidding document up on payment of
non-refundable Birr 300 from Horo Guduru Wollega Zone Finance &
Economic Development office (Shambo) during office hours starting
from December 4/2007. For further information Tel. 057 666 09 45/
091 784 18 58, P.O. Box 56.
2. All
bidders must provide renewed work licenses, trade valid for year 200
E.C. or 2007/8 G.C. and also VAT registration certificate in its
Original and copies.
3. Bidders
are required to fill all the necessary detailed information in the
bid document.
4. All
bid must be delivered to the Horo Guduru Wollega Zone Finance &
Economic Development Office No.7 (Shambo) from December 4/2007 up to
January 3/2008, 2:00 P.M.
5. All
bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening and
must be accomplished by bid security of at least 1% of total bid
price in C.P.O. The C.P.O. is checked from total summary without
arithmetic checked and any cheating makes bid rejected.
6. Bid
must be submitted in wax-sealed into two copies and one original and
enclosed by outer envelope before January 3/2008, 2:00 P.M. Bid should be opened in the presence of bidders or their
representatives who wish to attend at
2:30 P.M.
7. The
provision in the instruction to bidders and the general condition of
the contract are the provision at ADB standard bidding documents.
8. Horo
Guduru Wollega Zone Finance & Economic Development office has the
right to accept or reject any or bids without giving any reason
thereof.
