1. Mugher
Cement Enterprise invites eligible bidders to participate in the bid
for supply of Refractory Bricks and Accessories.
2. Eligible
Suppliers/agents could obtain tender documents by presenting a copy
of their renewed licenses, VAT Registration Certificate,
Registration certificate issued from Ministry of Finance & Economic
Development against payment of a non-refundable Birr 100.00 from
Procurement & Supply Department, Addis Ababa during working days
from 9:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.
3. Bids
should be accompanied by a bid security of 2% in the form of
certified cheque, CPO or Bank Guarantee which will be payable on
first demand by MUGHER CEMENT ENTERPRISE.
4. Wax-sealed
Bids shall be delivered to MUGHER CEMENT ENTERPRISE. Procurement &
Supply Department Addis Ababa office on or before January 18, 2008,
4:00 P.M. Bidders should provide one Original and one Copy of
“Technical” and “Financial” documents separately.
5. Those
bidder whose same product is not supplied to & proved by the
Enterprise should submit one unit sample from each type of
refractory bricks along with their bid offer.
6. Bids
(Technical offer) will be opened on January 19, 2008, 10:00 A.M. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
7. MCE
reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
