National Alcohol
and Liquor Factory invites eligible local management consulting
firms with profound knowledge and experience on ISO 9001-2000
Development and Implementation to submit their Technical and
Financial proposals for the study stated in the tender document.
Bidder with business and professional license valid for the current
year and got registered with the concerned government offices shall
obtain a complete set of bidding documents or terms of reference
(TOR) from the Commercial Department of the factory paying
non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (Hundred)
Bid offer (Technical and Financial Proposals) shall be submitted in
different wax-sealed envelopes labeled “original” and “copy” and
must be placed in bid box along with a bid bond in the form of
certified check (C.P.O) amounting to 2% of the bid offer on or
before January 4, 2008 at 2:00 PM.
The Technical Proposals will be opened at the presence of the
bidders or their Legal representatives on the same date 2:30 PM in
the Factory conference Hall.
The Factory reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
