1. Construction
and Business Bank S.C. (here and there after referred as Client)
invites all interested bidders (local/foreign) to submit technical
and financial proposals for consulting services to evaluate Banking
Software Migration Project (BSMP) which aims at acquiring and
implementing modern banking application software. The tender remains
floating up to Jan. 9, 2008.
2. Bid
documents can be obtained from CBB’s Head Office, General Services
division (at the Basement) during office hours upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Birr 100 /Hundred/.
3. All
Bids must be accompanied by a bid security amounting 2% of the
proposed consultancy service fee. Bid bonds shall be submitted in
one of the following forms.
A bond issued by a domestic
bank/correspondent bank of the Client, or
A certified payment order issued by a recognized bank.
4. Sealed
bids addressed to:

Addis Ababa
Ethiopia
will be received
at the Head Office, 6th floor, Room No. 607 before or o
Jan. 9, 2008 until 4:00 PM. Bids received after the bid closing time
will be automatically rejected.
5. Bids
received in time and fulfilling the other formalities shall be
opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives at 9:00
AM. on Jan. 10, 2008 at Client’s Head Office, Conference Hall (First
Floor Room No. 103).
The Client
reserves the right to reject all or parts of this bid.
