1. Mugher
Cement Enterprise invites eligible bidders to participate in the bid
for supply of Kraft paper.
2. Eligible
Suppliers/agents could obtain tender documents by presenting a copy
of their renewed licenses, VAT Registration Certificate,
Registration certificate issued from Ministry of Finance & Economic
Development against payment of a non-refundable Birr 100.00 from
Procurement & Supply Department, Addis Ababa during working days
from 9:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
3. Bids
should be accompanied by a bid security of 1% in the form of
certified cheque, CPO or Bank Guarantee which will be payable on
first demand by MUGHER CEMENT ENTERPRISE.
4. Wax-sealed
Bids shall bid delivered to MUGHER CEMENT ENTERPRISE Procurement &
Supply Department Addis Ababa office on or before January 25,, 2008,
4:00 P.M. Bidders should provide one Original and one copy of
“Technical” and “Financial” documents separately.
5. Bidders
are required to submit Sample without any print along with their bid
before the closing time and date of the bid. Sample submitted there
after shall not be accepted. Bidder whose samples have not received
shall be automatically disqualified regardless of other factors
which might be considered favorable to the Purchaser, 20 (Twenty)
meters along rolled Kraft should be sent for quality testing
purpose.
6. Bids
(Technical offer) will be opened on January 26, 2008, 10:00 A.M. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
7. MCE
reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
