Parts and Hand Tools Share Company hereby invites eligible bidders
for the supply of different kinds of STEEL SHOT, CUTTING DISC,
ELECTRODE FIBER, THERMOCOUPLE & OTHERS etc. under the following
conditions;
1. The
bid documents shall be obtained from Addis Ababa branch office near
Ambassador Theater against payment of non-refundable 50 (Fifty Birr)
during office hrs.
2. Bids
must be accompanied by a bid bond of not less than 2% of the total
bid prices in the form of bank guarantee or C.P.O or cash.
3. Bid
documents shall be submitted into two sealed separate envelopes i.e.
Technical and Financial proposal.
4. Bid
bond, renewed trade license and VAT registration certificate shall
be submitted within Technical proposal envelope.
5. Bidders
can offer for partial or all items.
6. All
bid documents must be submitted in the tender box on or before
January 5, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. at the above mention branch office.
7. Bid
will be closed and Technical proposal on January 5, 2008 at 2:30
P.M. respectively with the presence of the bidders or their representatives.
8. Late
arrival of bid documents shall not be accepted.
9. The
Share Co. reserves the right to accept or reject all or partial
bids.
