Invitation For The Procurement of
Line Matrix Printer
Ethiopian
Telecommunications Corporation (WESTERN Region) invites sealed bids
from eligible bidders for the Procurement of Line Matrix Printer.
1.
The tender remains floating from December 14, 2007 until
January 3, 2008. Bid documents can be obtained from ETC’s Lagehar
Building 3rd floor Office Room NO. 332 (Addis Ababa)
during office hours upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 20.00
(Twenty Birr). Bidders should submit all their renewed original
license & VAT certificate with copies (if they are registered) when
they come to obtain the bid documents.
2. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their bid security of Birr 3,000
(Birr Three Thousand).
3. The
Bid bond must be in either of the following form:
a)
Cash
b)
Certified cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank or
c)
Bank guarantee from recognized bank.
4. Bidders
who wish to ETC fixed line (Legehar Building) casher, second
floor Room No. 213 on or before January 3, 2008 at 5:00 P.M. and produce the receipt during the bid opening.
5. Bidders
should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in
the box situated at 3rd floor Room No. 321 on or before
January 3, 2008 at 5:00 P.M.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives at ETC (fixed line) Legehar Building 4th
floor Room No. 420 on January 4, 2008 at 3:00 P.M.
7. The
Corporation reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid.
