RE-INVITATION
Wabe Shebelle Hotel’s Enterprise intends to computerize the
activities of the Enterprise itself and one of its branch hotels,
Wabe Shebelle Hotel. Therefore the Enterprise hereby invites all
eligible and experienced firms who can perform the above tasks.
1.
The tender document can be obtained upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty) from purchase service office.
2.
Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the total
bid amount in the form of cash or CPO issued by a recognized bank.
3. Bidders
should present their currently renewed trade license & registration
certificate from Ministry of Finance & Economic Development and VAT
registration certificate at appropriate.
4. Bidders
should submit their, technical and financial proposal in accordance
with the instruction to bidders, specified in the tender document.
5. Sealed
proposal should be submitted to Wabe Shebelle Hotels’ Enterprise,
purchase service office before 10:00 A.M. on March 12, 2007.
6. The
bid will be closed on March 12, 2007 at 10:00 A.M. and will be
opened (the technical proposal only) on the same date at 10:30 A.M.
in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives in Wabe
Shebelle Hotel Red Saloon.
7. Wabe
Shebelle Hotels’ Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject
all or part of the bids.
