1.      The Adama City Administration (ACA) invites all eligible Consultants Grade 3 and above/with pertinent registration & license valid for 2007 fiscal year, registered for VAT, recent TAX clearance from respective Inland Revue Authority & registration certificate from Ministry of Finance & Economic Development and Ministry of Infrastructure Consultancy Works Sector for which they are registered on Consultant list to provide services of Consultancy by mobilizing necessary equipment & labor for design and supervision work of municipality of Adama Head Office Building.

2.      Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from ACA, Municipal Office addressed below.

3.      Each prospective bidder proposing bidders proposing to bid for this project must be eligible fulfilling the requirements of the particular instruction for the project.

4.       A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested eligible bidders on the submission of a written application to the below address and payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (Hundred).

5.      One Original & One Copy of technical proposal & One Original & One Copy Financial Proposal shall be produced in different wax-sealed envelopes, & each proposals, will be  sealed in such a way that one original and one copy to be wax-sealed separately and labeled as “Original and Copy” as appropriate and must be placed in the bid box along with a bid security in an acceptable from not less than 1% of the bid amount or a maximum of Birr 100,000.00 on or before March 23, 2007 at 10:00 A.M. and bid will be closed at the same date & time.

6.      Bidders must meet the minimum qualification criteria for their Financial proposal to be opened. Unqualified bidders financial proposal will be returned unopened to the bidders.

7.      Technical Proposals will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their Authorized representatives, who choose to attend on March 23, 2007 at 10:30 A.M. at the same address mentioned below and Financial proposals of qualified bidder will be opened on date that will be notified.

8.      The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, to advertise for new bids or to proceeds and do the work otherwise as may be for its best interest.
