Bishoftu City Administration invites qualified contractors category
GC/BC class 4 and above with relevant experience, renewed license,
VAT and Ministry of Works and Urban Development Registration
Certificate valid for the year 1999 E.C. to submit sealed tenders
for the supply of all necessary labor and materials for the
construction of City Administration Head office and Multipurpose
Hall, at Bishoftu.
1. Tenders
may obtain bid documents starting from the date of publication of
this bid notice until the 21st date against payment of
non-refundable fee of Birr 2,000.00 to the City Administration.

2. Bidders
are required to fill the different bid submission forms provided
with the tender document as per the bid instructions, sign and put
official seal, place the original bid bond and copies in separate
envelopes, wires down name and address of the project and insert the
envelope in the same box provide at the above address on or before
the 21st day of the date of announcement at 12:00 A.M.
3. The
tender will be opened on the same date at 2:00 P.M.
in the afternoon in the presence of tenders or their legal
representatives.
4. Bishoftu
City Administration reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
