Bidders are invited for the supply of the above goods to be
purchased in local currency (birr)
Bidders should present currently renewed trade license and payment
receipt of Inland Revenue 1998/99 Ethiopian Calendar year, when
coming to purchase the tender document.
All bids must be accompanied by CPO 2% of the total bid price.
All bids shall be sealed and delivered to AWWCE’s Office at Bahir
Dar.
Bid Closing date shall be on 30th day of after
announcement at 10:00 A.M. and opened on the same day at 10:30 A.M.
local time in Bahir Dar in the presence of interested bidders or
their legal representatives at the office of AWWCE. If the bid
opening date is holiday, opening date will be the next working day
at 9:30 A.M. local time.

Bidding document may be obtained from the office mentioned above
upon payment of a non-refundable fee Birr 25.00. The AWWCE reserves
the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annual the bidding
