1. The
Ethiopian Airports Enterprise (EAE) invites all qualified
Consultants with the license valid for the current budget year, VAT
registration evidence and registration certificate from Ministry of
Finance and Economic Development for which they are registered on
supplier list to conduct consultancy service.
2. The
required services comprise the re-evaluation of fixed assets under
possession of the Ethiopian Airports Enterprise and located in all
airports administrations.
3. A
complete set of the Term of Reference (TOR) can be purchased by
interested bidders from Ethiopian Airport Enterprise Head Office,
near Gerji customs office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of
birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr).
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 30,000.00 (Thirty
Thousand Birr) in the form of C.P.O. or Bank guarantee along with
their offer.
5.
Wax-sealed envelopes containing an original and a copy of
offer and qualification documents shall be delivered to EAE
Purchasing and Logistic Administration Department on or before
February 8, 2007 up to 10:00 A.M. and will be opened on the same
date and time. Late bids will be rejected.
6. The
bid documents shall be submitted as follows:
6.1
The original and a copy of the qualification documents shall
be sealed in separate envelopes and marked “Original Qualification
Document” and “Copy of Qualification Document” receptively.
6.2
The original and a copy of the financial proposal shall be
sealed in separate envelope and marked “Original Financial Proposal”
and “Copy of Finance Proposal” respectively.
6.3
The bid security will be sealed in separate envelope marked
“Bid Security”
7. Qualification
envelopes of bidders shall be opened in the presence of
Bidders/representatives who choose to attend at the EAE Head Office
Conference Room.
8. Financial
proposal envelopes of bidders who pass the qualification criteria
shall be opened in the presence of bidders/represeatnvies after
evaluation of qualification is completed.
9. The
Ethiopian Airports Enterprise reserves the right to reject any or
all bids.
