This notice has therefore been issued to give the opportunity to others who also have the interest and capacity to acquire and develop the same.

Prospective investors are invites to submit their applications to the Agency up to January 18, 2007 5:00 P.M. local time at the following address:

Privatization and Public Enterprise Supervising Agency, Bole Road, 5^th floor, Room No. 509

Applicants shall provide the following information and documents along with their application.

1. Applicants’ name

2. Applicants’ nationality;

3. Business currently engaged in;

4. If the prospectively buyer is a legal entity/Share Company copies of the following documents should be enclosed with the application;

a)      Registration certificate;

b)      Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association;

c)      The last 3 years Financial Statement (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss and Cash flow);

5) Source of finance for the acquisition
