The Addis Ababa University has funds within the Procuring
Entity’s budget to be sued for the procurement of:
Lot 1. Computers, Printers, LCD
Projectors and Lot 2. Toners and Stationary Materials
2. The
Addis Ababa University, Purchasing Division invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of Lot 1. Computers,
Printers, LCD Projectors and Lot 2. Toners and Stationary Materials.
3. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures
contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Government
of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and is open to all
bidders from eligible source countries.
4.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information
from Addis Ababa University, Purchasing Division and inspect the
bidding documents at the address given below at 7 (a) from 8:00 A.M.
(2:00 local time) to 5:00 P.M. (11:00 local time) during working
days.
5. A
complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by
interested bidders at the address below at 7 (b) and upon payment of
a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 100.00 (One Hundred Birr).
The method of payment will be in cash. The document will be sent by
airmail or courier. No liability will be accepted for loss or late
delivery.
6. Bids
must be delivered to the address below at 7 (c) at or before 2:00
P.M. (8:00 local time), on February 13, 2007.
Lot I. Computers, Printers. LCD
Projectors Birr 12,000.00
Lot II. Toners and Stationary
Materials Birr 5,000.00
Late bid shall be rejected. Bids
will be opened in the presence of the bidders/representatives who
choose to attend at the address below at 7 (d) at 2:30 P.M. (8:30
local time) on February 13, 2007.
