Mekelle Town Water Supply and Sewerage Office (MTWSSO)
invites interested bidders for the supply of:
Lot I. Galvanized steel pipes &
Fittings
Lot II. Water quality Testing Kits
Lot III. Submersible pumps,
Dewatering pumps, Booster pumps & Test Bench.
2.
The Bid documents shall be obtained from the same office
against payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 300.00 (Three Hundred
Birr only) during office hours upon presentation of the Federal
Ministry of Finance & Economic Development, renewed Trade License
for the Year & VAT registration certificate.
3. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information at the Office of
MTWSSO.

4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 2% in the form of
Bank Guarantee or Certified Payment Order (C.P.O.) or cash for each
lot. Bid bond in any other form shall be acceptable.
5.
Bid shall be submitted in two separate envelopes:-

Technical and
-
Financial each
having one nominal and one copy
6. All
bids must be deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose
at or before 2:00 P.M. local time on January 29, 2007.
7.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders and or their
official represeatnvies, on January 29, 2007 at 3:00 P.M. local
time.
8. Failure
to comply with any one of the conditions indicated above shall
result in automatic rejection.
9.
The offer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all
bids.
