To: All contractors recognized for Supplying & Erection of Aluminum products with valid license for this year.

1.      The Ethiopian Information & Communications Technology Development Agency has funds within the employer’s budget to be sued for the procurement of Partitioning work to Office Block.

2.      The Ethiopian Information & Communications Technology Development Agency invites sealed bids from eligible bidders stated here in above.

3.      Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open international tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurements Proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible bidders.

4.       Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Construction Design Share Company and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7 (a) from 8:30 hr. to 5:00 hr. Local time.

5.      A complete set of bidding documents may be purchases as of Tir10, 1999 by interested bidders on submission of a written application, VAT registration, Ministry of Infrastructure Registration, certificates, Trade & Industry Development License & Supporting letter at the address below at 7 (b) upon payment of a non-refundable fee Eth. Birr 131.00 (One Hundred Thirty one only).

6.     Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7 (c) at or before 12:00 A.M. hours Tir 30, 1999. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopian Birr 7,500. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders/represeatnvies who choose to attend at the address below at 7 (d) at 14:30 hours Tir 30/1999.

2. Documents may be purchased at Construction Design Share Company, Design Studio II Block No. 4 Office No. 28.

3. Bids must be delivered to: Construction Design Share Company, 3^rd Floor, Room No. 128, Tender Hall before 12:00 A.M. hrs on Tir 30, 1999.

5. The Bidders are instructed to submit all copies of the bid in five inner envelopes i.e., the (Technical Proposal, Financial Offer, and Bid Security) and one outer envelope, duly marking the inner envelopes as “ORIGINAL” and “COPIES” both for the “The Technical Proposal” and “Financial Offer”.

6. The Ethiopian Information & Communications Technology Development Agency has the right to reject any or all bids.
