National Alcohol and Liquor Factory /NALF/ invites eligible bidders
for the supply of:
Gin essence
Non-Refillable Closure
Filter Sheet (for Alcohol and Water)
Aging Agent
INTERESTED BIDDERS
May obtain bid documents from Commercial Department during working
hours against payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 25.00 (Twenty
Five).
Local Agent (trading houses) should present their renewed trading
license while they come to buy bid document.
Shall submit a bid bond of at least 2% of the total offered value in
the form of bank guarantee (CPO) being issued from /through/ local
Ethiopian Banking institutions.
Shall submit bid documents in wax-sealed envelope along with the
request sample on or before the closing date indicating the bid
notice up to February 13, 2007 2:00 P.M. local time to the following
address.

Offer shall be
opened official on the same date, 2:30 P.M. local time at the
Conference Hall of the Factory in the presence of bidders or their
legal represeatnvies. The Factory reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all bids.
